Talk to us
Tell us about your samples, volumes and timelines, and we will propose the right approach.

Agree the framework
We set out responsibilities and a material transfer agreement, including confirmation of consent.

Receive and check
Samples arrive and are logged, with quality control agreed up front so integrity can be demonstrated.

Store and manage
Held under our ISO 20387 processes, with the associated data kept accurate and confidential.

Release on request
Samples are available to you when your research needs them.

We are here to support studies, not run them. Every project is set up with clear responsibilities between you and us, and handled under recognised standards.
Our governance approach- UKAS accreditation
- BS EN ISO 20387:2020+A11:2024, the international standard for biobanking.
- HTA licensed
- Licence 12811, from the Human Tissue Authority.
- Ethics and regulation
- Projects run under the Human Tissue (Quality and Safety for Human Application) Regulations 2007 and Research Ethics Committee approval.
- Growing scope
- Urinalysis is already within our ISO 20387 scope, and we intend to add ISO 17025 to bring more testing within accreditation.
